Rates are based upon double occupancy. All rates include a full breakfast. No discounts for single guests.
Rates are subject to state and local taxes.
A $25.00 per night deposit is required to hold reservation. Balance is due upon check-in.
Due to the excessive fees being charged by the credit card company's we will no longer accept credit cards. We will only accept cash payments and traveler's checks. This will keep us from having to raise our room rates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cancellation:
If a cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a $15 cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is received less than 14 days the entire deposit is forfeited. ($25.00 per night deposit). It may be applied to a future reservation within one calendar year.
For a no show you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation.
We are a non smoking establishment. For those who choose to disregard our non smoking policy, they will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
Smoking is permitted in the outside areas only.
Sorry we cannot accommodate children or pets.
